GLIBA Spring Forum 2022 Publisher Information
Thank you for participating in GLIBA Spring Forum! We are so excited to be meeting in person again and safety and community are our priorities. Having the opportunity to meet authors, publishers and other booksellers is one of the most important things we can do as an organization and we are excited to have you. We are hosting a hybrid show this year. We are offering two days of events. The first is a virtual Rep Picks via Zoom on Tuesday April 26 and an in-person Spring Forum that includes author participation on Thursday, April 28.

PUBLISHER OPPORTUNITIES
DEADLINE: MARCH 25 FOR REP PICKS APPLICATIONS & AUTHOR PITCHES
We have 3 options for publisher participation this year. We have a very limited number of Rep Picks spots and Author Spots available so please apply early.
• Rep Picks via Zoom ($150 per rep spot) 12 spots available - Apply for Rep Picks
Each rep has 8 minutes to present
• Meet the Authors In-Person ($300 per author spot) 5 spots available - Pitch an Author
Each author has 10 minutes to present.
• Keynote Author in Conversation In-Person ($600) 1 author spot available - Pitch an Author
Keynote is one hour.
Meet the Authors participating authors are required to be available Thursday, April 28, 2022 from 1PM - 2PM ET
Keynote Author and in Conversation Partner are required to be available Thursday, April 28, 2022 from 2PM - 2:45PM EDT
Please have your authors available during those times whether Spring Forum is in-person or if Spring Forum requires being shifted to Zoom for safety reasons. If we find it necessary to cancel in-person Spring Forum we will host "Meet the Authors" and the "Keynote Author Presentation" via Zoom at the same time as the in-person Spring Forum.
Authors are welcome to attend the entire Spring Forum and join us for lunch but official author programming runs from 1PM - 3:30PM EST. All attending authors must register for Spring Forum.

For the safety of everyone we are limiting attendance for GLIBA Spring Forum. Booksellers and participating authors will be given priority in registration and a wait list will be available. We expect registration to fill up very quickly.

• Proof of vaccination and booster are required to attend and must be uploaded during registration
• When indoors masks are required unless eating or presenting
• Lunches will be boxed

We understand the difficulty this year in securing paper and producing ARCs. As a result we are not requiring ARCs to be available at the event. If ARCs are unavailable, we will provide contact information from attendees for publishers to provide print ARCs or digital ARCs at their convenience. It is at the publisher's discretion to have ARCs available. If you plan to have ARCs available please consider the estimates below.
• Recommended Title Quantity: 20 - 30
• It is easiest to have a local author or sales rep bring books directly to the event. If bringing books is not an option books can be shipped ahead of time. Books must arrive by Monday, April 25 to guarantee availability at Spring Forum.
• If there is anything else you would like to provide booksellers (promos, handouts, stickers, buttons, etc) please bring to the event or ship ahead of time.
