Thank you for attending our Spring Forum! Having the opportunity to meet authors, publishers and other booksellers is one of the most important things we can do as an organization and we are excited to have you.

HOW TO PREPARE

​We have a very limited number of author spots available. A fee of $250 per author is required to attend. An invoice will be emailed directly to you.

Books for the Event
• Quantity: 30 - 50
• It is easiest to have a local author or sales rep bring books directly to the event. If bringing books is not an option books can be shipped ahead of time. Books must arrive by Friday, April 12th at the latest to guarantee availability at the Spring Forum.
• If there is anything else you would like to give out to booksellers (bookmarks, handouts, stickers, buttons, etc) please bring to the event or ship ahead of time.

Authors are welcome to attend the entire Spring Forum and join us for lunch but official author programming starts at 2:00 PM. If your author would like lunch, lunch begins at 2:00 PM. Please notify me of any dietary restrictions.
