GLIBA Board Travel Reimbursement

Board members are responsible scheduling and booking their travel to and from all GLIBA sponsored events.

GLIBA will reimburse board members for travel to and from all GLIBA sponsored events. Which includes; plane tickets, ride sharing and 58.5 cents per mile if driving.

GLIBA is responsible for booking and covering costs for all hotel rooms for board members for all sponsored events.

GLIBA Universal Meeting Time Schedule

Day One Meetings
Run from 12:00 PM ET - 5:00 PM ET (allows for travel to the venue)
Lunch will be provided at 12:00 PM ET
Dinner will be provided following the meeting

Day Two Meetings
8:00 AM ET - 12:00 PM ET (allows for travel home following the meeting)
Breakfast will be provided at 8:00 AM ET
Lunch will be provided following the meeting for those that wish to stay.
