We are thrilled to host Spring Forum at the indomitable Loganberry Books in Cleveland, OH. All participating authors are welcome to join us for the bookstore tour & reception on the 15th, lunch on the 16th, and the author reception directly following the author events.
Publisher Guidelines:
ARCs & Promotional Materials for Spring Forum
We request but are not requiring ARCs to be available at the event. If ARCs are unavailable, we will provide attendee contact information to publishers to provide print or digital ARCs at their convenience. It is at the publisher's discretion to have ARCs available. If you plan to have ARCs available, please consider the estimates below.
• Expected Attendance: 60-80 attendees
• Recommended Title Quantity: 40 - 60
• It is easiest to have a local author or sales rep bring books directly to the event. If bringing books is not an option books can be shipped ahead of time. Books must arrive by Friday, April 10 to guarantee availability at Spring Forum.

PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES:
• Opening Reception Sponsor* - 4/15 ($250)
• Author Reception Sponsor* - 4/16 ($250)
• Bus Tour Sponsor - 4/15 (contact for cost)
• Galley Table Placement ($100, 40 books)
• 80 Welcome Bags: Imprinted bags for booksellers
to take home with inserts.**
*Receptions are free for presenting authors. Publisher sponsors may send authors to either reception. Bus Tour Sponsors may send authors to both.
